Every brand has a phrase that sums up what it's really about. For us, it's "stay salty, stay anchored" — and it comes straight from Scripture.

In Matthew 5:13, Jesus tells His followers, "You are the salt of the earth." Salt preserves, it flavors, it makes a difference just by being present. That's the "stay salty" half — a call to bring flavor and light into whatever room, beach, or boat you find yourself in.

The "stay anchored" half comes from Hebrews 6:19: "We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure." No matter how unpredictable life gets — and if you've ever been out on open water, you know exactly how unpredictable it can be — our hope in Christ holds us steady.

Salt & Anchor started with a simple idea: coastal life and Christian faith aren't separate things for a lot of us.
